This Privacy Policy explains how Morkevičius collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit this website or get in touch. We collect as little as possible and never sell your data.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we receive your name and email address, and optionally your company, phone number, and message — used only to respond to your enquiry. With your consent, we also collect aggregated, anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics, such as which pages you view, your approximate region, and your device type. No analytics run until you accept the cookie banner.

Cookies and analytics

Our public pages set no tracking or session cookies by default. Google Analytics cookies load only after you choose “Accept” on the consent banner; choosing “Decline” keeps them off, and you can change your mind at any time by clearing your cookies. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam, which may set a short-lived cookie solely for that check.

Third-party services

We rely on Cloudflare for content delivery, security, and the Turnstile anti-spam check; on Google Analytics for usage statistics (only with your consent); and on an email provider to deliver contact-form messages. Each processes your data only as needed to provide its service.

Data retention

We keep contact-form messages only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and maintain our business records, then delete them. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ own settings.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict its processing. We will respond to any such request within the time the law allows.
